Planning expertise structured around your operation — not around a headcount decision.

Stratmere Partners is an operational capacity and resource planning firm delivering services on a fractional basis. Clients access senior planning expertise for exactly the time their operation requires — a standing advisory arrangement, an embedded fractional resource, a fully managed planning function, or any structure in between.

Fractional means the engagement is structured around the operation. No salary obligations, no on-costs, no notice period. The arrangement flexes as requirements change — scaling up for peaks, restructures, or AI workforce transitions, and scaling back when the operation stabilises.

Every engagement includes documented controls and governance standards as standard. Every model Stratmere produces is backtested against historical performance before delivery. If it does not hold up against actuals, it is rebuilt.

Ongoing support is included in every retainer and standing arrangement — not charged separately when a question arises or a quick review is needed.

Engagement structures

Evidence first. Tested before delivery.

01

Measure first

Every engagement begins with measurement — true work content, actual handling times, real demand patterns. Planning built on assumed inputs produces plans that do not survive contact with reality. Stratmere does not accept assumptions where measurement is possible.

02

Build from evidence

Capacity models are constructed from the data the operation generates — demand history, task volumes, shrinkage actuals, and service level performance. Every input is documented and traceable.

03

Backtest before delivery

Every model is validated against historical performance before it is delivered. If the model does not hold up against what actually happened, it is rebuilt. Models that fail backtesting are not signed off.

04

Governance as standard

Controls, governance standards, and key assumptions are documented alongside every model. The operation has a framework that can be audited, maintained, and transferred — not a model that only one person understands.

Planning experience across multiple sectors, including regulated environments.

Contact Centres

Inbound and outbound operations at scale. Telephony platforms, multi-channel routing, SLA-driven resource modelling, and WFM system integration.

Financial Services & Insurance

Planning experience across regulated financial services environments. Governance standards, controls documentation, and audit trail requirements are applied as standard across all engagements.

Retail Operations

Seasonal demand planning, network-level resource modelling, and capacity management across distributed retail footprints with variable and complex demand patterns.

Private Healthcare

Clinic and appointment-based capacity planning. Demand forecasting for clinical services, practitioner resource modelling, and utilisation analysis.

Logistics & Fulfilment

Warehouse and mail centre operations. Throughput-based capacity modelling, peak demand planning, and resource management across delivery and fulfilment networks.

AI Workforce Planning

Token consumption modelled per agent action as a direct parallel to handling time in human resource planning. Output: FTE required and tokens consumed — two numbers finance can work with.

What Stratmere does not do.

  • Stratmere does not provide financial planning or financial projections. Stratmere's outputs are resource quantities — FTE requirements and token volumes. The finance function attaches unit costs and builds the business case.
  • Stratmere does not sell or implement technology. Tooling and dashboard architecture services produce specifications and designs — not software. There is no system to recommend and no implementation engagement to follow.
  • Stratmere does not provide HR or employment advice. Workforce planning outputs are operational, not employment law guidance.
  • Stratmere does not provide regulated financial advice. Engagement with regulated firms is for operational planning purposes only.
